Booking

We suggest Advance Reservation -  

Weekends are a minimum 2 night stay; some exceptions apply, please contact us to learn more. 

Book early for Holiday Weekends.

Secure Reservation

A valid Visa, Master Card or Discover Card number and expiration date are required to secure a reservation. Upon making a reservation we will charge the Full Amount plus the applicable sales tax to your card. 

Cancelling Your Reservation

The Bunkhouse is a small retreat with one suite.  As such we cannot overbook like large hotels.  In order to provide our guests with the best experience possible, please carefully read the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation period - within seven (7) days of scheduled arrival.  If, for any reason, you need to cancel your reservation and it is within the seven (7) day period, we will gladly reserve another date for you.

Refunds

Refunds for early departures will only be given if we are able to rebook the room.

Check In / Check Out

Check in time is between 3 pm and 6 pm.  Should your travel arrangements bring you to Yarnell earlier than check-in time, please feel free to call or stop by.  If the Bunkhouse is ready, we will gladly check you in and get you settled.  Should you plan to arrive after 6pm, please let us know and we will make arrangements to accommodate your arrival time.

Check out time is 11 am - we are usually flexible on this, so just ask.

Guest Guidelines

 A maximum of  four (4) guests can be accommodated in The Bunkhouse. 


-  There is No Smoking in The Bunkhouse.  Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.  Anyone smoking in The Bunkhouse will be charged a $200.00 cleaning fee.


-  Although we love pets, The Bunkhouse is not equipped to handle pets of any kind.  Boarding of pets may be possible at boarding facilities located nearby.  Ask us for contact information when making your reservation. 

In an attempt to keep The Bunkhouse allergen free, we must enforce a strict no-pet policy.  Persons violating this policy will be charged all cleaning fees associated with removing pet hair, dander and stains in addition to $200.00 plus lost rental rates.


-  Guests will be charged to repair any damages beyond normal wear and tear they (or their guests) cause to the premises or to room amenities (such as linens).
